Tony Rose is an author, guide and living proof that imagination creates reality.

On 11.11.21, Tony made manifest what was once an idea and founded Square Time Boxing.

It started when he asked his sister if she'd be willing to try boxing, to see if he was able to express and teach what he knew. The sessions were recorded for his own educational purposes but some light and playful footage was shared across social media and people started to ask if he was teaching boxing. Since then, Tony has touched the lives of hundreds of people across NSW through private coaching.

When Tony's not with clients or playing with his dog, he has published 9 gentle, illustrated stories for kids and 19 no-nonsense spiritual guides for adults.
