Q. How do i get started?
Square Time Boxing offers private memberships through invitation and sessions are made by appointment.

Q. What if i don't have any experience?
That's a beautiful place to start. If not now, when? Square Time Boxing's private sessions are the perfect environment for you to learn without the pressure and judgement of an entire room of people.
q. What happens if i don't like it?
That's alright!
First of all you, if had the courage to try it and find that it's not for you, you've already gained our respect because you made a decision.
You actually made two decisions. The decision to try and the decision to say "It's not for me."
That's two decisions you've made more than most people will make their entire lives and that's powerful.
We know Square Time Boxing is not for everyone and make it our mission to completely separate ourselves from the pack.
If there's no harm, there's no foul.
We appreciate communication, so an honest conversation goes a long way.
We'll cancel any sessions, refund all payments made for future sessions and be more than happy to guide you through different solutions that may be more suitable for you.
Q. What do i need for my First Session?
If you've been invited to attend an appointment, please make sure to bring
- An open mind
- A good attitude
- Respect
- A large enough towel or yoga mat to lay on (can be purchased)
- A drink (can be purchased)
- Flat and clean shoes (for example: Converse, vans, etc) or ideally boxing boots.
- Your own inners, wraps, gloves, mouthguard and headgear. (If you have them or can be purchased in gym or online)

Once you have these material items, they must be brought with you to every session.
Q. What happens if i forget my gear?
Unless communicated otherwise, failure to bring the material items mentioned above, will result in a strict $20 fine per missing item.
Q. What happens if i arrive late?
Unless communicated otherwise, failure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session will result in a strict $20 fine.
Q. What happens if i don't show?
All scheduled appointments will be cancelled, any current and pending payments made will be non-refundable and your membership will be terminated after 14 days, incurring a cancellation fee.
