We're all on our own journey and it's important to have people by your side that understand that and give you the space to explore that. This is why we tailor every single detail of this experience to you and for you.

mental diet

Your mental health is the direct result of what you continue to think and feel. Which means your mental diet is the only diet you need to invest your time and attention into and we show you how to do that. It's not a coincidence that world-class athletes and entrepreneurs at the highest level of business all have their mental diet tailored and dialed in to achieve their current level of success.

cognitive brain training

Cognitive Brain Training allows you to add a complete new level of mental awareness to your training. If all is mind and mind is all, it makes sense to keep your mind as sharp as possible.

intuitive re-minding

Intuitive re-MINDing is a term coined by head coach and founder of Square Time Boxing, Tony Rose.

As opposed to CBT which focuses on brain and body coherence, intuitive re-minding focuses on brain and heart coherence.

Flash Reflex Training

Flash Reflex introduces flashing lights into our training to program the mind and body to be in sync improving your emotional resolve under pressure, speed, accuracy, awareness, reaction and explosiveness.

Strength & Conditioning

As the architect of your own life, once your foundation has set and cured you can build upon it, by introducing strength and conditioning to your training. So, whether it be for combat or ball sports, this allows us to work towards the specific design and outcome you have in mind.

Functional fitness

We prepare your body to live an active life, which means being able to run around and pick up your children or crouch down and change a tyre. We believe this functional lifestyle is more important than how many times you can curl a dumbbell.

Square Time Boxing is a performance centre focused on the physical and mental health of our athletes. So, the best way to recover from an injury is to not get injured. This is what we call PRE-habilitation, meaning we strengthen all areas of the mind and body, leaving no stone unturned.

Square Time

As you may have noticed by now, Square Time Boxing is not your typical gym. Our whole approach is contrarian to what the vast majority of the health and wellness industry deem as "normal." For this reason, we completely understand if our values, principles and experiences are not the right fit for you. Both coach and athletes will be held to this standard, to better allocate our time and attention on those who already are or want to be the change they wish to see.
